At Kaneko Beauty, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds according to the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Your return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Certain items such as opened beauty products, personal care items, and hygiene-related goods cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.
2. Return Process

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
